Replaced in 2001 by the Solidor 5, Solidor 3 was assigned to serve Anglo-Norman islands from 1996 to 2001 on behalf of Emeraude Lines.


Photo © FRSSolidor 3 was sold in 2001 and sails under the name "Tanger Jet" on the lines Tanger-Tarifa-Tangier Gibraltar. She is operated by the company FRS Maroc under the Liberian flag until 2004 and then under the flag of Morroco.
 
In 2011, she takes the egyptian flag and is renammed  Makkah and then Sama-1. She operates between Sharm El-Sheikh and Hurghada in the Red Sea.
